Four Bean Burgers

Ingredients
  • 1 can each drained and rinsed black beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, and cannellini beans
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 oz diced green chilies
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. tajin spice seasoning
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Mix beans together.
  2. Add vegetables and spices. Mash lightly and add eggs and panko.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Form into 4 oz patties.
  5. Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet at 375 for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook for 6 minutes more.
  7. Serve like your favorite burger.
