Salmon Lo Mein

Ingredients
  • 4 6oz (each) salmon pieces
  • 8 oz teriyaki sauce
  • 2 oz honey
  • 1 lb lo Mein noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Thai chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha (more or less depending on spice level desired)
  • 1 carrot, julienne
  • 1 zucchini, julienne
  • Scallion, cut on bias
  • Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix teriyaki sauce with honey. Brush salmon with the mixture and grill or broil until the salmon is cooked to medium. Reserve.

  2. Toss hot pasta with vegetables, chili sauce, and sriracha; mix well. Add cilantro. Serve with grilled salmon.
