Salmon Lo Mein

Salmon Lo Mein
Ingredients
- 4 6oz (each) salmon pieces
- 8 oz teriyaki sauce
- 2 oz honey
- 1 lb lo Mein noodles, cooked
- 1/2 cup Thai chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha (more or less depending on spice level desired)
- 1 carrot, julienne
- 1 zucchini, julienne
- Scallion, cut on bias
- Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Mix teriyaki sauce with honey. Brush salmon with the mixture and grill or broil until the salmon is cooked to medium. Reserve.
- Toss hot pasta with vegetables, chili sauce, and sriracha; mix well. Add cilantro. Serve with grilled salmon.
