Oysters with Apple Jalapeño Mignonette

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Cape May Salts oysters
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • ½ cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1/2 green apple, minced

Instructions
 

  • Mix jalapeño, vinegar, shallot, and apple. Season with kosher salt and black pepper, chill. 
  • Shuck oysters and serve on crushed ice with mignonette.
