Salmon Lo Mein

Ingredients
  

  • 4 6oz (each) salmon pieces
  • 8 oz teriyaki sauce
  • 2 oz honey
  • 1 lb lo Mein noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Thai chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha (more or less depending on spice level desired)
  • 1 carrot, julienne
  • 1 zucchini, julienne
  • Scallion, cut on bias
  • Cilantro (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix teriyaki sauce with honey. Brush salmon with the mixture and grill or broil until the salmon is cooked to medium. Reserve.
  • Toss hot pasta with vegetables, chili sauce, and sriracha; mix well. Add cilantro. Serve with grilled salmon.
